1. have trouble (in) doing something

（最常用，口语书面均可）

例句: I have trouble understanding his accent.

2. have difficulty (in) doing something

（稍正式，强调困难程度）

例句: She has difficulty solving complex equations.

3. have a problem with something/doing something

（更侧重具体问题，后可接名词或动名词）

例句: Do you have a problem with finishing tasks on time?

4. struggle with something/doing something

（强调"费力、挣扎"的感觉）
